About the Role
Joining ourLifestyles (home care support) team you willprovide oneonone support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes with travel between clients and working short split shifts required.
To provide best support you will have experience in providing high intensity daily personal activities (including complex bowel care) and manual handling (including hoist transfers).
To be considered for a role you must be able to commit to a variety of client session times across various suburbs. The typical suburbs and session availability is as follows:
Punchbowl: Tue 10am12pm Wed 67:30am Thu 8:45 10:45am and 6:307:30pm Fri 67am and Sun 78am
Auburn: Sat and Sun 8:309:0am
Bass Hill: Mon 9:3010:30am and 5:307:30pm and Thu 4:306:30pm
Moorebank: Mon 11:30am1:30pm
Yagoona:Mon to Sun 2 hour morning sessions varying from 6:30am to 9:30am starts and 1 hour afternoon sessions varying from 4pm to 6pm starts.
Note shifts will be paid at a minimum of 2 hours and you will be reimbursed 0.99 cents per kilometre travelled between client sessions.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
