The Amazon Business team is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record to own execute and improve upon crossfunctional technology products. You will have the ability to drive a large impact on critical customerfacing spend evaluation products by building the processes needed to measure and improve foundational elements of quality speed scalability and customer satisfaction. Your work will help business customers understand the value Amazon Business brings making it easy for them to adopt Amazon as their primary supplier and internal teams to deliver an optimal customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
Manage the planned spend response pipeline
Define the right metrics and goals for responding to planned spend deals
Build the right mechanisms and reporting to deliver on the goals you defined
Build playbooks and drive results on key projects to improve operational results
Force multiply across the CBM team and all key stakeholders from Amazon Business and partner teams
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
