Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
Assisting Construction and Engineering teams with various field and office activities including but not limited to field data collection tracking of project milestones and financial deadlines assists with the creation and maintenance of the project schedule and provides ongoing updates to project stakeholders
Compiling and processing general construction documentation including Asbuilts redlines construction photos fiber sequential sheets splice and test documentation and splice redline sheets
Coordinating with Engineering and Construction vendors and inhouse selfperform resources in daily OSP operations activities
Supporting the subcontract and supplier tender and management process and assists with the review of invoices and progress claims
Requesting materials from warehouse and documenting consumption on those materials
Data entry for daily production employee timesheets equipment timesheets and for subcontractors
Assisting the Superintendent with preconstruction walk out compiling constructability notes white lining and calling in locates
Promotes Ledcor safety culture on the project by taking an active role in the implementation of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP)
Qualifications:
Minimum of three to five years of construction experience
Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industryrelated trade certification or education program
Previous experience as a Coordinator or Data Entry specialist is an asset
General understanding of construction documents drawings and specifications
Familiarity with scheduling software an asset
Proficient in using Office 365 PDF editing software SharePoint Google Drive/Docs/Sheets and ARC GIS mapping
Work Conditions:
This position will require travel throughout the state of Wisconsin
Company vehicle will be provided for all required travel
