EL Collaborator

POSITION PURPOSE: Assist classroom teacher(s) by providing support services to individuals small groups and/or whole classrooms of students for the sole purpose of increasing student achievement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support classroom instruction and increase student achievement
• Close achievement gap

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree required
• Teaching degree preferred
• Bilingual skills in Spanish

• Skilled at communicating with staff and students

HOURS:School year 180 days per year;37.5hours per week; 8:00 am to 3:45 pm

SALARY:$21.00$21.65 rate is dependent upon education and/or experience. Those with a Masters Degree are eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour. (Schedule #212
