About the MyLife Project
Join our MyLife team where we recognise individuals to be the experts in their own lives fostering positive change through personalised interventions. Funded by Targeted Care Packages our work focuses on helping young people transition out of or avoid entering residential care. As part of our team youll provide seamless support for children and families across various pathways including care transitions family reunification and preservation. Youll work with diverse young people applying concepts like positive psychology and developmental trauma.
About the Role
