About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and managing a thriving book of business Were seeking a clientfocused Account Manager to join our Personal Lines Insurance Team on a 12month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your insurance expertise to a supportive highperforming team that values professionalism mentorship and collaboration.

What Youll Do

  • Manage all aspects of an existing book of business delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Service quote and crosssell personal insurance products including home auto and other coverages ensuring comprehensive solutions.
  • Foster trust and loyalty by providing an exceptional client experience going above and beyond to protect what matters most to our clients.
  • Underwrite new and existing business leveraging your pricing and risk analysis skills to ensure effective coverage strategies.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of brokers and leaders benefiting from a culture of mentorship coaching and support.
  • Contribute insights and innovative ideas to drive the company forward as a valued member of our Personal Insurance Team.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • A current valid RIBO license is required for this role.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and fostering longterm client relationships.
  • Previous success in a sales or serviceoriented role preferably within personal insurance.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently in a fastpaced setting.
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools and learning new software systems.
  • CAIB CIP or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
