Job Description
Enact collaborates with Benchmark Human Services (Benchmark) to offer a new and innovative behavioral health mobile crisis service in Northeast Indiana. Together these companies share a 65year history of providing services to individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs and we are excited to expand our mobile crisis response program to serve Wells Whitley Wabash Huntington Kosciusko and Adams Counties. We are currently recruiting for a FullTime Qualified Behavior Health Professional (QBHP).

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the onsite crisis team leader. Provide clinical crisis services to individuals in crisis. Provide overall clinical supports to consumers and staff working in Enact Crisis Services. Must be willing to flex schedule according to the needs of the individual and blended mobile crisis. Fulltime opportunity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete crisis assessments including child and adolescent addendum and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (CSSRS)
- Answer 100 of crisis dispatches and respond facetoface to all crisis calls within and average of 60 minutes
- Assess for safety of individuals in crisis
- Develop crisis safety plans and assist in facilitating linkage to the appropriate level of care Follow up with individuals provider as appropriate to ensure he/she adheres to crisisservicerecommended support/services
- Facilitate referrals quickly to prevent escalation of crisis
- Ensure customer service satisfaction surveys are given to consumers of crisis services
- Complete necessary documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements and facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources
- Provide crisis followup services within 24 hours of crisis disposition for youth served as well as any other individuals for whom it is clinically appropriate
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Required Knowledge:
- Knowledge of standards and organization policies and procedure
- Knowledge of health care privacy and confidentiality rules
- Knowledge of standard health care business practices
Required Skills:
- Must possess & demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Skillful in use of computers & general office equipment
- Skillful in interpersonal communication needed to advocate for individuals communicate with family members healthcare professionals support coordinators and others.
Required Ability:
- Ability to oversee the services supports care and treatment provided to individuals
- Ability to direct monitor assesses and train staff
- Ability to conduct comprehensive functional assessments
Working Conditions:
Employee is frequently required to walk sit stand or kneel; and occasionally required to climb balance and stoop. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more. Lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is required on weekends and during holidays as scheduled. Employee must be able to travel to various sites as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
- LMSW LAPC LAMFT CACII or higher substance abuse certification or RN
- Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid drivers license Auto Insurance
- Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license training and/or certifications
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness emotional disorders and substancerelated disorders who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis.
Preferred:
- Two years of postgraduation experience responding to a mental health substance use and/or suiciderelated crisis providing supervision during crisis responses
