Were looking for an experienced Product leader who wants to serve to financial needs of our customers and drive the future of consumer lending in India through bestinclass customer experiences. We want someone who loves listening to customers discovering stated and unstated problems and solving them through innovative product and business models.
A Product leader at Amazon is an entrepreneur. You will articulate compelling user stories crisply define customer and product requirements own the product roadmap and refine specifications and architecture through the product lifecycle. You will work closely with design engineering project management and legal teams in an agile environment to launch products and scale them to tens of millions of customers. You will also drive adoption of your product working closely with marketing sales business development finance and account management teams. You will be accountable for ensuring that the product complies with external regulation and the operating processes and systems you setup are scalable.
In this role the product leader will also be required to work with external partners to drive the impact. You will bring a heightened sense of ownership thought leadership and product building expertise to a fastpace startup environment.
A successful candidate will be a selfstarter with excellent business acumen & vision product & program management skills and a highly effective people leader who can work in a highly ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Product strategy and endtoend for Personal Loans offering
Ensure customers awareness credit education and high NPS (net promoting score) via transparent and easytounderstand CX
Define market opportunity engagement and usage strategy product roadmap and getting sign off from senior leadership
Segment specific value propositions and product requirements for the same
Drive of product roadmap GTM and consumer adoption by partnering with internal stakeholders (tech sales operations). Making smart tradeoffs coordinate dependencies and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
6 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
