*** This position will be located in Bellevue WA. This is not a remote role we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.***

We are looking for an experienced strategic and highly analytical Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic TLife product marketing team. In this role you will be primarily responsible for deeply understanding customer behavior across the TLife app ecosystem tracking performance metrics and generating actionable insights to continually enhance customer experiences. You have a deep understanding of the consumer product mindset product positioning business management and the digital & app ecosystem. Sound interesting Come join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors preferences and engagement within the mobile app using these insights to inform marketing strategies and product enhancements.

  • Own and monitor daily weekly monthly and longterm app performance metrics identifying trends insights and opportunities for optimization.

  • Partner and/or lead consumer research efforts including qualitative and quantitative methodologies surveys focus groups and usability testing to derive actionable insights.

  • Translate data and insights into clear and actionable marketing and product strategies

  • Develop clear concise and compelling communications that articulate the value proposition and positioning of our app products to internal and external partners.

  • Collaborate closely with Product UX/UI Analytics and other crossfunctional teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on market and user research.

  • Uses business analysis and customer research to drive product strategy develop marketing requirements ensure product retention and support business outcomes.

  • Provide regular datainformed updates and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisionmaking and prioritization.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree: Marketing Business Communications or relevant field of study such as Computer Science

  • 7 years experience delivering successful holistic product marketing strategy that can be tied to increased business revenue

  • Proven track record of using consumer insights to drive impactful business decisions. Experience with designing implementing and interpreting consumer research and surveys.

  • Exceptional analytical skills including proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics Tableau Google Analytics). Demonstrated expertise in using data analytics to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience in analyzing results to inform marketing decisions.

  • Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation writing and editing skills

  • Proven interaction interface and program management with crossfunctional teams including product management marketing data & analytics and GTM.

  • Basic SQL knowledge or understanding (preferred)

Base Pay Range: $119600 $215700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
