Were looking for a passionate and dedicated fulltime cook to kickstart their culinary career with us. As part of our La Boca kitchen team youll be creating bold and authentic Argentinian flavours that our guests love. If youre eager to grow work in a supportive environment and contribute to one of Brisbanes most popular dining destinations this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Minimum requirements:
- You need to have 2 3 years experience as a Commis Chef
- You will possess full legal working rights in Australia
- Previous exposure to kitchen operations is highly regarded
- Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable
- Basic food knowledge is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
You will:
- Have a passion for EVERYTHING food
- Be available to work weekends public holidays and split shifts for lunch and dinner service
- Be an excellent and confident communicator
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Be organised and have an eye for detail
- Be able to multitaskin a fastpaced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour
- Take pride in personal presentation and hygiene
