About the role:
- Working with a reputable Partner with over 20 years experience Health Sensitive Claims & Insurance team.
- Representing health providers and facilities across New South Wales which includes age care facilities medical practitioners and public hospitals.
- Working across contentious matters such as historical abuse claims nervous shock claims and any breaches or actions against healthcare facilities and/or practitioners.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE
- Demonstrable experience with personal injury/sensitive claims.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of matters.
