We are looking for an amazingData Governance Analystto fill this role which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Data Governance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality integrity and security of the organizations data. This role involves developing and implementing data governance policies procedures and standards as well as collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and effective data management.

Responsibilities
- Data Governance Framework: Develop and implement data governance policies procedures and standards to ensure data quality integrity and security.
- Data Quality Management: Conduct data quality audits and lead initiatives to improve data quality across the organization.
- Metrics and Reporting: Develop metrics and dashboards for data quality and governance initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with IT legal compliance and business teams to establish data standards and ensure effective data management.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including data dictionaries data lineage and data flow diagrams.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops on data governance practices and principles.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Data Analytics Data Science or equivalentcombination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience Excel.
- Minimum 5 years Data Governance data management or a related field
- Strong understanding of data governance principles data management and datarelated regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detailoriented thinker exhibiting strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while being proactive in keeping their management informed of project related issues
- Experience with version control
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word Outlook Teams experience with Power BI MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrates confidentiality and strong organizational skills with attention to detail and followthrough
