Special Education Teacher

Intermountain is expanding and were hiring! We are looking for an energetic adaptable purposedriven and dedicated person to join our team as. As a Special Education Teacher you will work with our kids on our campus in a privately accredited school for our therapeutic treatment home kids grades K8th. To be successful in this role you will:
- Designs and implements group and individualized instruction in compliance with agency State and Federal Guidelines.
- Implements lessons and handson activities through a variety of materials and resources.
- Establishes classroom schedules and routines designed to improve selfesteem learning potential and relational development.
- Administers and evaluates assessments to identify learning needs to improve educational achievement and instruction.
- Design implement and manage the Individualized Education Plan using the Montana electronic system Infinite Campus (AIM).
- Implement the Individual Education Plan for outofstate students in accordance with master contracts and individual services agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special Education from an accredited college.
- Valid Montana Drivers License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
