Your next career opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to oversee the Melbourne School of Health Sciences buildings teaching spaces and offices ensuring they are wellmaintained and fit for purpose. You will provide technical support to staff and students manage teaching and laboratory supplies and coordinate maintenance security and asset management across the School.
Leading a small team of facilities staff you will play a key role in keeping our facilities running smoothly while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role requires strong organisational and problemsolving skills to balance tight deadlines and competing priorities.

The Melbourne School of Health Sciences (MSHS) is one of six schools within the Faculty of Medicine Dentistry and Health Sciences. The school provides qualifying and postgraduate courses in the health science disciplines. It has a strong program of research aimed at optimising the health and wellbeing local and global communities.
