Early Career Software Engineer Position Profile
We are seeking a newly graduated student to join our innovative and forwardthinking team as a Software Engineer. Our company is at the forefront of rapid iterative and phased delivery backed by cuttingedge automated testing and deployment frameworks. We believe in streamlined autonomous and independent teams that are optimised and supported for swift adaptability. Our commitment to clean architecture ensures maintainable scalable and flexible code aligned with team structures and defined responsibilities.
Role Overview: As a Software Engineer you will contribute to the success of our projects with a focus on talent passion and grit. While no prior work experience is required we are looking for candidates who hold a Masters degree in Computer Science or have equivalent education. We foster an innovative culture that places a strong emphasis on exploration and prototyping. Here failing fast is seen as a virtue propelling technological and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement AIdriven solutions for automation and process optimization projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional autonomous teams for rapid and phased delivery.
Uphold clean architecture principles to ensure code maintainability scalability and flexibility.
Contribute to an innovative culture through exploration prototyping and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent background.
02 years of relevant experience.
Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for learning
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an autonomous and collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas to a diverse team
