Were looking for an amazing Senior Solution Architect to fill this role. This is a hybrid inoffice role. Youll work in person at our Miami or Seattle Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. Youll be responsible for strategic design implementation enhancements and maintenance to CRM Marketing Technology Data Quality data warehouse data pipelines and Business Intelligence. This role will typically be challenged with executing agreed development pace while maintaining strict SLA standards.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate business requirements to determine the most appropriate technical architecture and design patterns
- Designs and implements highperformance scalable enterprise information architecture and distributed applications design
- Assist CRM Marketing Technology Data Engineering and BI managers and Scrum masters in breaking down projects into Jira tickets
- Participates in code reviews and provides suggestions to improve quality and comply with architectural design and coding standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain audit and validation processes to detect data integrity problems and work with developers internally and externally to solve data integrity issues
- Direct and support implementation of software and hardware upgrades for all CRM MarTech data and BI technologies.
- Handle change management security and compliance tasks like SOX GDPR and CCPA
Requirements
- 7 years of Administration and development experience in data warehousing ETL and BI
- Experience in development and administration of Python programming (minimum 2 years required)
- Experience in cloud concepts (minimum 3 years Preferred)
- Software engineering with experience in design development and scheduling batch scripts (minimum 5 years required)
- Experience with a relational database (Oracle Snowflake SQL Server MySQL Teradata or Netezza) (minimum 5 years required)
- Experience with Snowflake 3 years required)
- Experience in dashboard reporting such as Tableau or Power BI (minimum 2 years required)
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle 5 years required)
- Proficiency using SQL or stored procedure programming.
- Proficiency using Snowflake.
- Proficiency in cloud concepts.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams.
- Strong analytical problem solving and organization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- IT leadership experience coordinating technical developers
- Experience in CRM systems like Saleforce and Siebel
- Experience in Marketing technology tools and Customer Data Platforms

- Base Salary Range: $124600 to $168200. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
