As a Sr. Program Manager on Alexa Audio you are responsible for defining and delivering important programs aimed at enabling the audio experience for internal and external partners with broad crossorganizational crossregional and significant business impact. In this role you will be responsible for managing the daytoday relationships with key partners and conceptualizing scoping and delivering large projects endtoend. Responsibilities include managing partner interactions holding meetings with Csuite executives developing forward looking strategic road maps understanding/translating customer needs into business and systems requirements driving project schedules from design to release and managing the pre/post production launch. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize timetomarket needs all while clearly communicating goals roles responsibilities and desired outcomes to internal and external teams. You frequently work with senior leadership within Amazon and our key external partners so written and verbal skills are important.
Key job responsibilities
Take ownership of largescale business problems identify and execute possible short and longterm solutions.
Work crossfunctionally with business development product engineering marketing insights and analytics legal advertising and PR to deliver programs effectively.
Develop mechanisms processes and measurement of partner performance and orgwide scalability.
Identify global stakeholder needs and implement prioritization frameworks.
Contribute to the definition of our partner program technical strategy and .
Partner with customers internal teams external stakeholders and various other Amazon groups to define the roadmap and associated priority.
Work directly with complex third party partners managing relationships external dependencies and endtoend program coordination.
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience defining and executing program requirements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
5 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
