As Principal Product Management Tech on the Amazon Business Pricing team you will have a high impact opportunity to own pricing experience for Amazon Business customers. This includes both improving the customer experience as well as enabling us to reach our business objectives. You will be the voice of Business customers representing their needs to provide competitive pricing for Amazon Business. The product leader will develop and build our pricing suite of tools for the longterm. You will also develop products on top of this architecture to serve the B2B Customer needs segments and industry verticals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in analytics and a proven track record in achieving business impact through collaborating across the organization while leveraging data to get buyin for new ideas. This is a highly visible position you will interact with the senior management team within Amazon Business and the Consumer org.

* Engage with Customers Sales Marketing and User Research to conduct indepth research to understand the pricing related needs of business customers while identifying and incorporating disruptive capabilities
* Build and drive a multiyear pricing vision and roadmap Amazon Business.
* Direct create and execute product plans to deliver new features adoption programs customer surveys partner engagements.
* Collaborate with partner teams and technical managers to move from vision to delivery by launching a steady stream of feature improvements and new products.
* Engage with our global teams to enable the launch of new regions and marketplaces.
* Engage with our risk management organization and enable them to identify strategic risk management investments.
* Model the financial impact of the solution and work with finance to create and man

8 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
