About the Enterprise Project Management Office
The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) manages projects and portfolios for MSU employing industry best practices to align with university objectives. As part of the Office of the Executive Vice President of Administration it serves as a centralized hub for enterprise projects. The EPMO ensures a universitywide approach to identify prioritize and execute projects in alignment with MSUs mission and strategic goals. The EPMO also plays a critical role in supporting the MSU Innovation Lab an initiative designed to foster continuous improvement operational excellence and the development of innovative solutions to enhance institutional operations and experiences.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a collaborative and dynamic Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team within the Office of the Executive Vice President of Administration (EVPA).
This role is essential for supporting the business analysis needs of highpriority strategic and complex projects that align with MSUs mission and strategic direction. The position also plays a key role in advancing both the enterprise project portfolio and the MSU Innovation Lab which focuses on fostering operational excellence and cultivating innovative ideas across the institution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and effective communicator who can engage at all levels of the organization. Acting as a connector and facilitator this individual will help align crossfunctional teams to support improved processes streamlined services and thoughtful decisionmaking. The role involves close collaboration with university leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals and the successful delivery of meaningful outcomes.

Work Environment:
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a fouryear college degree program in Business Administration Management or related field; three to five years of related and progressively more expansive work experience in project management business analysis facilitating/training with a focus on business management; workflow process analysis and implementation of strategic initiatives or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
