We are seeking an Quality Coordinator to play a critical role in driving the work for our certificates in line with company guidelines in collaboration and support of our Nordics Team for project and service activities. Its a role that is involved in many parts departments of our business and many different contacts across our organization both nationally and internationall
As a coordinator you are expected to work independently but also support and coach our managers and leaders in raising the work environment and ensuring a good safety culture. You will cover various of sites outspread in Sweden making sure our standards and goals are implemented and followed.
This role requires 3040 travel within Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining our Integrated Management System(IMS) documentation according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements
Support to aftermarket & sales with ISO related tasks in close collaboration with the Nordics QEHS Manager
Support implementation of the WI Q and EHS Strategies and targets based on Segment and Corporate demands
Support the development establishment and strengthening of the Swedish Integrated Management System (IMS) to include interaction with all departments ensuring that processes/procedures are properly documented and updated
Execute the Country Annual Inspection Program to include ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 internal and external audits to include followup and closure of related nonconformities observations and areas for improvements
Responsible for completion of the ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 Annual Management Review
Support the effective implementation of EHS programs and safety campaigns
Review & update of processes in line with local legal & other requirements
Qualifications:
A few years of experience in related field
ISO 9001:2015 knowledge and experience as Lead Auditor
Knowledge in updating/maintaining intranet pages
IT literate to include Microsoft business applications
Medically fit in order to carry out site audits visits and inspections
Skilled in ISO related actions process writing and evaluation
Fluent in both Swedish and English both spoken and written
B driving licens
ISO 14001:2015 knowledge is beneficial
Teaching / training qualifications is beneficial
