About the Role:
Join our Biological Sciences drug discovery group as a Scientist II. Youll be responsible for performing and interpreting highthroughput biochemical and cellbased assays developing relevant assays to support projectbased screening needs that driveongoing and new drug discovery programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recombinant and cellbased screening of small molecules.
- Develop and validate new biochemical and cellbased assays.
- Maintain high throughput screening equipment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to evaluate lead compounds.
- Document experimental design analysis and data interpretation.
- Communicate effectively with scientists across the company.
Qualifications :
- BS or MS in biochemistry or related field.
- MS with 3 years or BS with 6 years of laboratory experience.
- Experience with highthroughput assays and automated laboratory instruments.
- Knowledge of TRFRET Fluorescence Polarization NanoBRET HiBiT luminescence ELISA AlphaLISA.
- Experience with maintaining and establishing cell lines.
- Pharma or CRO experience is a plus
Additional Information :
Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $83000.00 $114000.00. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors including but not limited to depth of experience education skillset overall performance and/or location.
