Job Description
As an Operations Automation Associate is responsible for leading the design implementation and optimisation of automated processes to streamline business operations data. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies or low code automation.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with teammates to develop automation that aligns with business goals and objectives
Analyse current business processes to identify areas for automation proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Work with various departments such as IT operations customer support and finance to ensure seamless integration and deployment of automation solutions
Monitor and maintain automated systems addressing issues and ensuring system reliability and performance
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes and generate reports for the management team
Other duties as assigned and required by the company
Qualifications :
At least Bachelors degree in computer science information technology engineering business or a related field.
Proficient knowledge of Excel/ Gsheet or Python
Ability to learn fast and work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask and work to follow standard operating procedures
Responsible and committed to highquality work
Have a positive cando attitude and good problemsolving skills
Shopify experience is a plus
