POSITION SUMMARY:
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for standing up configuring and managing the backend Infrastructure. This person will work closely with the internal and external teams to advise and design Infrastructure solution for business problems and demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on implementing said solution designs.
- Develop and implement solutions that will streamline deployment.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and/or emails regarding all technologies.
- Analyze and provide rapid solutions for production incidents.
- Create and maintain system documentation and ensure runbooks are up to date and accurate.
- Develop and document new standards for existing and new technologies.
- Creating runbooks for systems and services. Document of system builds and designs
EDUCATION:
BS degree in Information Technology Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
