The Head of Tools and Process Excellence is a GLOBAL role and a key interface function across Process Solutions and Life Science business.
The function has following key areas of responsibility:
- Global team leader: As a people leader you lead by example and develop the performance of your team by coaching mentoring and setting ambitious and realistic goals in alignment with the PS Strategy.
- Process improvements and harmonization across PS Commercial. Ensure strong collaboration and continuous datadriven improvement of commercial business processes.
- Systems and Tools: Achieve harmonized tools adoption continued development and maintenance of commercial tools and systems. Develop and maintain process and training documentation ensure data integrity provide user management and daily support. Ensure proper communication across the different stakeholders.
Qualifications and skills:
- Masters degree in Business or Engineering
- Experience managing global multicultural team remotely ability to work on global matrix environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required.
- Experience in Sales processes tools and training process optimization project management change management Lean SixSigma certification is a plus
- Result driven problem solver and decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communicator great collaborator and listener with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with a toptier business/strategy consulting beneficial other languages than English is a plus
