Our goal is to provide the most configurable reliable and easy to use benefits administration experience for our customers. As part of this work we are looking for a stellar Senior Data Product Manager to develop and implement data products that will help our employees and our customers make informed decisions.
As a Senior Product Manager youll work closely with our engineering data science operations and commercial teams to continually enhance our products and optimize healthcare value for employers as well as employees and their dependents . Youll work closely with a diverse and multidisciplinary team to gather structure and prioritize data product requirements from internal and external stakeholders to execute your roadmap across our deep technology stack and deliver industryleading service at scale.
What you will do:
- Own and drive the data product vision strategy roadmap and data hygiene in collaboration with business and other product design and engineering leads.
- Report back and closely align with Data teams.
- Build bestinclass compliant and value added data products to help employers administer their plans with accuracy transparency and plan sponsor savings.
- Empathetically collaborate with business product and subject matter experts to understand user needs gather and execute product requirements.
- Center the voice of the customer in your work by pulling from and continually seeking out feedback through interviews user testing and other research means.
- Serve as a bridge between data and product development to ensure that data and insights are turned into product features that solve user needs.
- Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization to find breakthrough opportunities for shared learning partnership and celebration.
- Partner with design engineering data science and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality scalability and efficiency.
- Communicate progress and maintain accountability to stakeholders functional owners and internal team members.
Your skills include:
- 8 years of experience in healthcare technology data product management
- Domain expertise in healthcare data and analytics including facility claims prior authorization and clinical data sources
- Deep expertise in managing analyzing and reporting on complex data for actionable insights
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others
- Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments
- Familiarity with enterprise software development experience with databased products
- Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA FINRA CCPA etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco CA Plano TX or Lehi UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.#LIhybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location qualifications experience and internal equity.
