What Youll Do
This is a full time position is based in London (Battersea Power Station hybrid 3 days a week) with an expectation of up to 30 travel around the UK/EU as well as Latin America.
Lead and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for EMEA/LATAM aligning with product launches and gotomarket initiatives.
Oversee recipe development across multiple platforms including inbox recipe books brand partnerships and digital/social content.
Manage and mentor a team of chefs and recipe developers ensuring impactful of recipe strategies.
Act as a culinary subject matter expert driving innovation and ensuring recipes highlight key product benefits.
Conduct competitor product testing and collaborate with global teams to provide realtime insights throughout product development.
What Youll Bring
5 years of experience in culinary marketing or management with a background in productdriven recipe development.
Degree in Culinary Arts Culinology Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and project management skills with experience hiring mentoring and managing teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Willingness to travel up to 30 across UK/EU and Latin America.
