DESCRIPTION
Bloomfield College of Montclair State University seeks a dynamic nursing educator who has specializations in adult medical and surgical areas to join our team as a fulltime nontenure track Assistant Professor in the Bloomfield College Frances M. Mclaughlin Nursing Program. Bloomfield College of Montclair State University has a 24credit teaching load per year; the candidate will teach didactic and clinical sections with additional expectations for advising undergraduate majors; service to the institution program and discipline and continued professional development. The Nursing Program at Bloomfield College boasts a 90 licensure rate for its students and is consistently ranked one of the top programs in the state. Faculty enjoy working together to help students from diverse backgrounds and experiences achieve success and enter the nursing profession.
Position is a twoyear tenmonthnontenure trackappointment with eligibility for reappointment based on established NTTP procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:Applicants must have a current Registered Nurse license Master of Science in Nursing and terminal degree with experience in adult medical surgical nursing care. Experience and demonstrated success in teaching students in a classroom or junior staff clinical settings. Previous experience teaching in a nursing program is preferred.
