Division Sales Manager Payroll/ HCM/ HR

As our Division Sales Manager you will lead a team of sales superheroes building your own squad of Avengers to take on the archnemesis of oldschool payroll systems. Youll run appointments 3 to 4 days a week with your reps to demonstrate how our cuttingedge solutions can revolutionize their business operations. Essential Responsibilities

  • Youll be living out of your car (or truck or skateboard your choice) and running appointments with new sales reps and veterans on the daily.

  • We need someone who can recruit like a boss using social media and other sneaky tactics to bring in the best of the best.

  • If you cant prospect be resourceful communicate present and network with CPAs and Brokers like a boss this might not be the gig for you.

  • Youll be working independently and as part of a team so you better be comfortable in your own skin as well as around others.

  • We need someone whos a pro at developing talent and closing sales with a proven track record to boot.

  • This is a workfromhome field sales leadership opportunity and candidates must live locally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older

  • This position requires regular driving to visit client sites therefore a valid drivers license is necessary

  • In accordance with state law a background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment

  • Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment

  • Live in area relative to job posting location

  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75 of the time
