The Technical Account Management department is crucial in driving our companys success working collaboratively to deliver the best optimization solutions and conduct the technical operations for our top clients.

You Will:

• Plan the proper initial setup of campaigns based on customers needs
• Execute the proper setup optimization debugging and monitoring of online campaigns.
• Assist with the requests received through our ticketing system such as Jira.
• Consult and propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals.
• Participate in client meetings to ensure the best possible strategy for client success.

Requirements:

• At least 2/3 years in digital marketing technical account management in programmatic/retargeting/campaign management coupled with experience handling large clients;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must;
• Knowledge and understanding of digital campaigns abbreviations such as ROI CPC and SSP DSP are important.
• Technical skills involving browser developer tools JS HTML XML CSV/TCV and Google Tag Manager
• Experience in working with Google Analytics or equivalent tool is a plus.
• Awareness of differences between performance and brandingoriented campaigns is a plus.
• Familiarity with the concept of cookies (a huge plus for knowledge about cookieless future) is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and a good knowledge of the English language.
