Job Description
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Copywriter & Conceptor in the Language Services Team you will craft clear impactful English base copy that serves as a strong foundation for localisation across all markets. Youll take ownership of smallscale projectssuch as landing page content product page shoots and copy for our own channelswhile supporting midsized initiatives including concept ideation client presentations and local activations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders you will develop and maintain messaging guidelines that ensure consistency while adapting to diverse local needs. Youll help shape Zalandos Tone of Voice (ToV) ensuring it remains locally relevant while staying true to our global vision. With a strong fashion background exceptional English writing skills and the ability to create adaptable stakeholderfocused copy youll craft source texts that balance clarity brand identity and localisation requirements across multiple platforms and formats.
You understand Zalandos vision and stakeholder needs seamlessly integrating both to deliver outstanding creative work. Confident in internal and external communication youll effectively collaborate with stakeholders keeping them informed gathering feedback and refining ways of working. You will also contribute to presentations and act as a point of contact for local or smaller campaigns helping to ensure alignment and impact.
