This role will be based in Mumbai / Gurgaon.

The Customer Training Manager is responsible for the delivery of InstructorLed Training for our LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers across APAC. The trainer will drive customer success at scale by providing customers live and ondemand product industry and skillbased training to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.
This person will be part of the Global Customer Training Team and report directly to the Senior Manager of Customer Learning in Sydney Australia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live and ondemand instructorled training via a variety of modalities and technologies in APAC.
- Facilitate instructor led classroom and virtual online training to enduser customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.
- Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent processes programs and customer experience globally.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts (CSMs Customer Learning team members Insights Solutions Product etc. to develop a deep understating of LinkedIn products and customers.
- Update training materials as directed.
- Review feedback and identify opportunity for improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Recommend changes to training materials and facilitation design.
- Maintain participant records (e.g. registration test scores evaluations and attendance).
- Prepare training reports (e.g. weekly progress reports and training summaries).
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 3 year in a Customer Training Customer Success education or L&D environment.
- Experience delivering Instructor Led Training / Virtual Instructor Led Training learning programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge in adult learning principles both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
- Business Fluency in English
- Passion for training and educating people.
- Ability to conduct presentation and has communication skills.
- Experience in training capacity including external training as well as internal curriculum development and .
- Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and inperson settings.
- Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom and LMS platforms such as Skilljar.
