As a IT Services Analyst you will be required to understand and prioritize business needs analyze systems and processes and advice on best practices. You will also identify design and implement trends to improve current solutions and overall IT efficiency for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be forwardthinking with good analytical and problemsolving skills.
You are responsible for
- Designing configuration and testing structure and operational models for existing and new customers
- Developing implementing and maintaining business rules
- Assisting with installation and configuration ATMs and other selfservice checkout devices into our internal monitoring systems
- Implementation and transition of new service solutions in an efficient and effective manner with the emphasis on service excellence and successful firsttime delivery
- Continuously monitor the performance of those systems devices and services
- Continuously improve system and process capabilities across the business
- Assisting with deployment of small/midscale applications and architecture projects
- International cooperation with operation teams and solution architects
- Document new solutions and processes
Required qualifications
- Professionalexperience with Microsoft Windows and Linux related technologies(operating system and application level)
- Ability to analyze backend services and use commands
- Experience with monitoring tools
- ITIL knowledge
- Ability to communicate in English on fluent level at least B2
