About the role

The Director of Influencer Marketing will lead doolas efforts in building nurturing and executing influencer partnerships that align with our strategic vision. This role is pivotal in establishing doola as the goto platform for ecommerce businesses leveraging influential voices to amplify product messaging attract new customers and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for our BusinessinaBox for ECommerce aiming to drive awareness engagement and conversions.
    • Establish and scale a robust network of influencers that aligns with doolas values and target audience ensuring longterm mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Continuously optimize influencer campaigns for ROI ensuring campaign performance is tracked analyzed and improved for better engagement and reach.
    • Scale the monthly net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from influencer marketing to 7 figures per month growing it from the current 6figure/month rate.
    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to align influencer marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer acquisition goals.
    • Utilize datadriven insights to adjust strategies improve influencer performance and maximize overall campaign effectiveness.
    • Travel to represent doola at key influencer events or brand activations as needed.

Skills and qualifications

    • 5 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of building and executing successful campaigns for highgrowth brands.
    • Strong knowledge of social media and distribution platforms including YouTube Instagram Twitter (X) LinkedIn TikTok Podcasts and Newsletters.
    • Experience in ecommerce or SaaS industries is highly preferred.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
    • Proficient in managing influencer budgets reporting and contract negotiations.
    • Experience with influencer platforms tools and affiliate networks like PartnerStack.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to foster longterm relationships.
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate influencer partnerships across different time zones.
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM tooling.

Bonus qualifications

    • Masters degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
