Job Description


  • Lead IMDS compliance activities ensuring accurate data entry tracking validation and reporting.
  • Develop manage and maintain Sub System Technical Specifications (SSTS) ensuring accuracy clarity and alignment with overall system requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies analyze competitor information and provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop implement and continuously improve engineering processes standards and documentation practices related to IMDS SSTS and benchmarking.
  • Manage and coordinate systems engineering activities including requirement capture tracking and verification processes.
  • Prepare detailed benchmarking reports and specification documentation clearly communicating key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with attribute teams suppliers and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure compliance and enhance product competitiveness.
  • Remain informed and updated on industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements relevant to IMDS SSTS and automotive benchmarking.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Automotive Engineering Systems Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive systems engineering requirement management and benchmarking.
  • Fluent in English (speaking reading writing). Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in managing and using International Material Data System (IMDS) and creating/managing Sub System Technical Specifications (SSTS).
  • Proven capability in automotive benchmarking including gathering analyzing and interpreting competitor data.
  • Experience in systems engineering processes including requirements management documentation and verification.
  • Proficiency in creating managing and improving engineering processes standards and compliance procedures.
  • Familiarity with automotive regulatory requirements related to materials sustainability and product compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with attribute managers and crossfunctional teams for optimal integration of benchmarking and specification data.
  • Skilled in utilizing relevant data analysis and benchmarking tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
