Minimum Salary: $15.34

Description:
This role is ideal for a handson leader with a passion for maintaining operational excellence while fostering team growth and efficiency. This position is responsible for being the job site team leader for the seasonal work crews whom are performing general maintenance work. Duties include but are not limited to building and grounds maintenance cleaning restrooms and vault toilets tree planting chainsaw work small construction projects weeding mowing whacking and operating mowers trucks and skid steers.
General Requirements:
Ability to work independently and/or lead a crew ability to lift heavy objects manage time well and be successful in a variety of weather conditions. Valid drivers license required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Some experience working with the public supervising crews cleaning buildings and using equipment that is involved with grounds and building maintenance.
Please note this is a temporary or seasonal nonbenefited position exempt from civil service.
