This position will teach graduate and/or undergraduate courses in the Department of Counseling and Human Services Air Officer Commanding (AOC) Cohort and/or the Academy Military Training (AMT) Leader and Leadership Development Certification Program. Possible courses include Characteristics of the Effective Leader Leading Teams and Organizations Leading Diversity College Student Development Counseling and Helping Skills Ethics and Character Development Mental Health Triage and First Aid Research and Statistics Group Dynamics and Group Leadership College Teaching and Learning Theories of Motivation and Behavior Change and Practicum/Internship. Classes primarily meet inperson oncampus at UCCS or at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA).

Work Location:Determined by course modality (i.e. onsite if teaching an inperson course; remote if teaching an online course; or a combination of the two if teaching a hybrid course).
This position has been determined to be exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
What We Offer:
Salary Range:Generally starting at $4000 per 3credit hour course
This position is eligible for paid sick leave. Information on benefits including eligibility is located at: pool will be open fromMay 2024 throughJuly 31 2024 in preparation for the Fall 2024 semester.
