Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement evidencebased therapeutic techniques and interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Communicate effectively with patients families and referring physicians
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Job Requirements:
Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Strong clinical reasoning and problemsolving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Commitment to patientcentered care and continuous improvement
Experience with electronic medical records systems (preferred)
BLS certification
