Division: Shelter and Housing Division
FullTime
Pay: $18.00/hr
Locations/Shifts Available:
- Greenfield: Day shift
- Pittsfield: All shifts 1st 2nd 3rd)
Position Responsibilities:
- Help create a cozy homelike environment where everyone feels cared for.
- Support families by assisting with everyday tasks teaching life skills and offering guidance.
- Write simple notes to track the progress of each family.
- Attend team meetings to share ideas and learn from others.
- Make sure the shelters rules are followed to keep everyone safe and on track.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
- Experience working with people living on a low income or who are affected by mental health issues and/or addiction.
- Proficiency across the following skills: verbal and written communication collaboration organization and use of computer and technology.
- Paid orientation and trainings.
