Job Duties
This attorney based on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond will serve the Attorney General under the direction of the Chief of the Education Section and the VCU University Counsel and will serve the university by providing legal advice and representation to university leadership administration faculty and employees on a wide variety of legal matters impacting higher education in addition to other advising duties as assigned. VCU is Virginias largest urban research university with approximately 30000 students and fourteen colleges and schools located on two campuses closely associated with the VCU Health System Authority.
