Job Description
A coveted CT law firm seeks a Paralegal with 7 years of experience in CT Workers Compensation & Personal Injury law WITH supervisor/training experience to join their growing practice. Excellent professional and work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of experience in Workers Compensation; Claimants is a must with some defense is good.
- Personal injury litigation
- Must have supervisory and training experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Computer savvy
- Previous experience with case management software
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
- Type 50wpm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills
- Daily contact with clients
- Handle case load of 60 cases
- Type legal correspondence
- Collect medical records & bills
- Set up IMEs
- Draft Briefs
- Case management software
