Title: PMSAuditor
Job Summary:
The PMS Auditor at Axis MyIndia is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of thePerformance Management System. We are seeking a highly motivated anddetailoriented PMS Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate willplay a critical role in ensuring that the Performance Management System(PMS) is effectively implemented and maintained across the organization. Asa PMS Auditor you will be responsible for auditing PMS processes evaluatingtheir efficiency and ensuring compliance with organizational policies andindustry best practices.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Audit PMS Data:Regularly audit PMS data related to surveys customer interactions marketresearch and internal operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of records.
Data Verification and Compliance: Ensure that all data and entries in the system comply withlegal standards company policies and industry regulations.
Identify and Address Discrepancies: Monitor and identify discrepancies or issues in the PMSthat may affect operations data reporting or survey results.
System Performance Evaluation: Assess the overall performance of the PMS and other relatedsystems to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting:Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings potential areas of concernand actionable recommendations for improvement.
Data Integrity:Work closely with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of the dataespecially regarding sensitive customer information and market research.
Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements to PMS processes making thesystem more efficient and userfriendly.
Collaboration:Work closely with departments like operations IT and market research teams toensure seamless functionality across various systems.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data entry proceduresbest practices and compliance guidelines.
Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in business Market Research Data Science or a related field.
- Masters Degree
1. MBA with a focuson Operations Finance or Information Systems.
2. MSc in DataScience Analytics or Information Technology.
- Experience: Previous experience in auditing data management or working with PMS systems is preferred especially within market research or customer data systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using PMS software (Zoho Preferred) Excel and data analysis tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Certifications (optional but preferred): Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or related certifications.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
