Anthony Scotto Restaurants is currentlylooking for anGeneral Managerfor one of our Fine Diningrestaurants.
At Anthony Scotto Restaurants our culinaryteams are constantly evolving to keep our offerings absolutely fresh andexciting. We accomplish this by using the finest quality ingredientsavailable regardless of cost and by updating our menus to reflect the flavorsof each season. Our steakhouse cuisine has expanded beyond the classics toinclude world renowned sushi and sashimi exotic cuts of beef flavorfulcomposed dishes and fresh seafood flown in from around the globe.
We are looking for aselfmotivated and resultsdriven general manager to direct and manage ourorganizations business activities and to develop and implement effectivebusiness strategies and programs. Duties for the general manager will includeallocating budget resources formulating policies coordinating businessoperations monitoring and motivating staff managing operational costsensuring good customer service improving administration processes engagingwith vendors hiring and training employees identifying businessopportunities and monitoring financial activities.
Thesuccessful candidate for this role should possess excellent communicationskills superior knowledge of business functions exceptional budgeting andfinance skills and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy general managershould account for all business activities support staff development enhanceefficiency drive sales and improve revenue maintain relationships withclients enhance the organizations image and meet overall growth objectives.

General Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Degree in business management or a masters in business administration preferred but not required may be substituted for years of experience.
