The Role
The Fundraising and Donor Relations Lead reporting to the Head of Philanthropy manages and oversees the broader fundraising function with a focus on standard and midvalue donor portfolios.
This role is responsible for developing and executing multichannel fundraising strategies including appeals regular giving programs and comprehensive donor engagement initiatives. The Lead will design and track tailored donor journeys ensuring each donors experience is optimised to enhance longterm relationships.
The Fundraising and Donor Relation Lead will guide the creation and implementation of multichannel strategies encompassing each stage of the donor journey including identification qualification cultivation solicitation and stewardship of standard and mid value donors and prospects. The position requires proficiency in data analysis and CRM systems for reporting donor activities and financial reconciliation.
A strategic thinker and strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders the Fundraising and Donor Relations Lead will play a pivotal role in driving fundraising success and supporting the broader philanthropy team.
