Core duties tasks and responsibilities expected in the role. This includes the breadth and depth of the responsibilities to assess the level of complexity and impact.
Support the Senior Director and Leadership team with production administration duties e.g. meeting minutes and travel arrangements.
Support with calendar management closing out actions preparing agendas minutes and meetings for the Deeside leadership team and other meetings as required.
Manage the Employee Voice calendar and schedule meetings provide administration support at Employee Voice meetings and release minutes of meetings in line with agreed SLA.
Act as a first point of contact and liaison for customer and visitor events including hosting and delivering the plant tours to ensure visitors have a great experience at the Deeside site.
Work with the C.I. group and complete any admin duties such as creating onepoint lessons and any document changes.
Coordinate and support Employee Engagement activities eg liase with external parties to make arrangements communicate with employees to publicize events manage any practical arrangements.
Any other administration support as required.
