SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley is seeking experienced Foremen to join our growing Civil Site crews in Hagerstown MD. The ideal candidates will be motivated leaders with a strong work ethic a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead manage and effectively motivate crews of 5 to 10 team members.
- Plan and coordinate manpower tools materials and equipment for project completion.
- Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors.
- Interpret blueprints project plans and specifications to ensure accurate .
- Oversee and maintain the production process to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Complete and maintain daily timesheets and job logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and enforce best practices onsite.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience.
- Proficiency in GPS systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
- Ability to work in a crewbased fastpaced environment.
- Punctual dependable and capable of handling manual labor for extended periods including work in unfavorable weather conditions.
- Physically capable of performing climbing lifting balancing walking and material handling tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Must pass a DOT preemployment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
