Your Role: As part of the new Process Solutions Go To Market organization you will develop and lead a highly motivated team of digital marketing experts. Aligning and strongly collaborating with your global peers in both marketing communication ecommerce and commercial teams you and your team identify relevant digital marketing approaches drive their adoption and implementation within the Process Solutions organization and help digital commercial strategy enablement across geographies to achieve Process Solutions strategic and operational goals. Core responsibilities include:

  • increasing interest and awareness of the Process Solutions message online.
  • providing channel expertise and setting best practices for the business and regions to follow through on of emarketing related activities and drive acquisition and attraction of customers online
  • deploying and optimizing marketing activities on digital channels and measuring their success

You will combine your expertise in digital marketing tools platforms and approaches with strong analytical skills and understanding of pharma/biopharmaceutical customers ecosystem to establish insights and recommendations that drive generation of highquality leads directly actionable by sales opportunities. This will produce new business resulting in a high impact to the business results.

With consideration of existing interdependencies you also collaborate with business functions globally and take ownership of continuous improvement automation and stewardship on processes and tools.

Capable of stepping back and anticipating evolution of the customers needs and behavior you are continuously seeking new trends and innovations and are capable of driving change successfully within the organization.

This position is flexible on location and could be based in Boston MA area Molsheim France or Darmstadt Germany.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel globally (up to 30.
  • BS degree 8 years professional experience
  • Experience with all aspects of the marketing funnel and B2B digital marketing analytics and CRM systems required. Must know how to utilize the following or equivalent tools: salesforce Google Analytics Eloqua Brightedge Sprinklr.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in science engineering or business with knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical business environment
  • Superior problem solving systematic approach and analytical skills with ability to adapt to new
  • Confident independent decision maker within own field of expertise capable of interacting influencing and establishing strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholder managers / directors
  • Ability to design convince and execute on global improvement/ process for the whole Digital Marketing team
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with a proactive and assertive approach and ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences with impact. Bilingual a plus
