Indiana University Luddy School of Informatics Computing and Engineering Open Rank Professors in Intelligent Systems Engineering Department The Luddy School of Informatics Computing and Engineering at Indiana University Bloomington invites applications for multiple tenuretrack / tenured open rank professor positions (assistant associate or full professor) in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering ISE to begin on August 1 2025. ISE is an innovative program that focuses on the intersection of intelligent computing methods and systems engineering. We are particularly interested in hiring in the academic domain of computer systems engineering including software control systems domain specific architectures energy efficient computing zero trust high performance computing data engineering at scale realtime predictive analytics and control AI systems physical artificial intelligence cyberphysics systems and mechatronics. We seek candidates who can demonstrate an outstanding scholarly record of research as appropriate to rank and exhibited by highimpact peerreviewed publications a forwardlooking externally funded research agenda and a commitment to the education of both graduate and undergraduate students.
