Salary Range $37.12 $40.57
Principal duties and responsibilities:
The Maintenance Electrician reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuits.
Support the daily production activities by installing diagnosing repairing and maintaining electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints electrical schematics and parts specifications.
Can troubleshoot and repair basic electrical component issues i.e. replace ballasts fuses circuit breakers etc.
Working knowledge of PLCs and automation.
Install diagnose and repair electrical systems apparatus and electrical components of industrial machinery and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment.
Must provide their own tools.
Follow established programs policies and practices that meet regulatory and company requirements.
Maintain communication with other departments management and associates and notify them of any problems or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production work.
Environment/Physical Demands:
Will be to stand bend kneel squat frequently.
Employee will occasionally be required to lift and carry objects of 1025 pounds as needed.
Employee will occasionally be required to lift and carry objects of 2530 pounds as needed.
Employee will be required to work productively and cooperatively in a highvolume fast paced highly pressured environment and be able to respond efficiently and courteously to unanticipated problems and crisis.
