Who/What is Quantexa
Quantexa knows that a greater understanding of data and context leads to better decision making. Their technology manages transforms and cleanses high volume data and helps clients solve business problems in the area of fraud compliance and financial crime. Their products process huge volumes of data with the ultimate aim of detecting anomalous and suspicious activity. The user interface enables users to conduct complex investigations into fraud and financial crime cases and visualise complex networks of criminal activity.

- Free Trainingfrom Quantexas Education Partner This is afully fundedtraining programme. We cover the cost of training and would expect you support yourself financially for up to 9weeks during your training.
- Opportunity to work with a large European bank building a centre of excellence in Warsaw as well as the potential to gain experience working with international clients Big 4 or Tier 1 consultancies.
- After completion of the first assessment (approx. 5 weeks) a contract may be awarded. This will depend on pass mark 80 and other criteria.

What we are looking for:
- You dont have to have a degree. But you will need to demonstrate some level of experience either from a STEM background selfstudy relevant commercial experience or from a programming bootcamp.
- You will have a passion for technology with strong experience in a programming language such as: Java Scala Spark Python SQL Cloud (AWS/GCP) PowerBI/Tableau. Dont worry you dont have to be experienced in all these languages proficiency in one these languages or something similar will be enough. Java Scala or Spark preferred.
- You will be proactive inlearning new technologiesand their practical applications. Much of this course required selfstudy and the ability to motivate and attend sessions with minimal oversight.
- You see yourself as a consultant. You are a problem solver a communicator (or keen to learn) curious and collaborative. Dont worry if you are not there yet we will help you.
- You have a strong attention to detail andhigh accuracy and resilienceto enable you to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Resilience and selfmotivation. You will have a team round you but you need to be motivated and in charge of your own development.
- Must speak and understand English to at least a professional working proficiency.
The End Result:
Upskilled You will be an upskilled and certified Quantexa Engineer. Work with our clients on implementing largescale Quantexa product solutions for the purposes of AntiMoney Laundering (AML) fraud detection forensic investigation. You will become fluent in coding using Scala with a strong understanding of Quantexa full stack programming.
Client Ready You will be equipped with the capabilities to be an exceptional Consultant.
Industry Experience You will gain commercial experience and evolve your portfolio.
