Paid Time Off:
AMSURG offers paid time off 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Strategic HR Business Partner role is a key advisor to AMSURGs corporate leaders providing consultative guidance on people strategy organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. This role serves as both the voice of the business to the People & Culture team and the voice of People & Culture to the businessensuring alignment between business goals and people strategies at all levels.
This position supports all business units across AMSURG Corporate and as such the ideal candidate must bring proven experience supporting multiple business units simultaneously rather than focusing on a single department or function. Success in this role requires the ability to understand and navigate the complexities of a matrixed organization prioritize across diverse stakeholder groups and apply people strategy holistically across the enterprise.
This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and the Csuite to not only design and build HR programs but also drive the adoption change management and longterm integration of those programs into business operations. Areas of focus include employee engagement performance management succession planning talent reviews merit cycles job architecture and learning & development.
The successful candidate brings a high level of strategic acumen critical thinking and the ability to see the big pictureconnecting people strategy to broader business outcomes.

Work Schedule: This position follows a hybrid schedule combining both inperson and remote work. Candidates must be based in Nashville and be available to work onsite as needed.
